After opening and operating four specialty cafes with ONA Coffee in Canberra, I hung up my hat and made the move to Newy with my beautiful partner Kahlea in 2018. We made the move to find a place where we could combine our love of the ocean, culture and community and live a simple and wholesome life. The day we moved we knew we’d be here forever.

In 2019 we met Garth Ashford who handed over the keys to Talulah after 12 years. For three years we have taken this honour of inheriting a local institution seriously and have been blessed to meet and connect with so many people.

Bowie is the next step of chasing this dream. A culmination of all our experience to bring a café that epitomises what we love about this industry and what we love about this city – optimistic, refined, sincere and local.
